Westfield: vs Mount Vernon Fortville 1/3

[player_tooltip player_id='1275749' first='Trey' last='Buchanan'] – 6'0 PG 2024: Buchanan was without question the best player on the floor here. Had 25 pts and was about to knock down 4 three-pointers. He created his own shot and got every shot off with a quick release. Overall a highly energetic, smart guard.

[player_tooltip player_id='1410467' first='Alex' last='Romack'] – 6'6 PF 2023: Romack is a strong power forward with a great motor. He was real quiet for the majority of this game but made plays for Westfield when he needed to. Scored on multiple defenders and strong on the rebounds. Think he is one of the more underrated post players in the state.

[player_tooltip player_id='1578346' first='Armani' last='Middlebrooks'] – 6'3 PF 2024: Middlebrooks is an undersized power forward that is active on the floor. What stood out to me was how well he attacked the offensive glass and rebounded on that end. Plays through contact and made a few athletic plays like a smooth reverse layup.

Mount Vernon Fortville: vs Westfield 1/3

[player_tooltip player_id='1561435' first='Julien' last='Smith'] – 5'10 PG 2026: [player_tooltip player_id='1561435' first='Julien' last='Smith'] is a very quick guard that can make a ton of plays on the floor. Was a pest on the defensive end and had multiple steals that resulted in scores. Has a nice floater and can attack the rim very well. He is going to be one of the best 2026s we have in the state.

[player_tooltip player_id='1728587' first='Luke' last='Ertel'] – 6'1 SG 2026: Ertle is a freshman guard that has a good amount of length already to his frame. The lefty played more on the ball here and showed an ability to see the floor well. Real smooth stroke and plays with toughness. Really like his game already at an early age.

Eli Bridenthal - 6'3 SG 2023: As far as best players on the floor for MVF this game, I would have to give the nod to Bridenthal. Bridenthal is a taller shooting guard that was lighting it up early in this one. Shot the ball well from deep and attacked the baseline really well. HE is a true scorer that was money from deep. Finished with 15 points.

[player_tooltip player_id='1561030' first='R'mani' last='Wells'] – 6'4 PF 2026: Wells is one of the freshmen on this team that has a lot of potential. Long and athletic and showed some smoothness around the rim. Solid handles for his size as well and can make plays on the drive. Sky is the limit for this guy right now.

Bishop Chatard: vs Guerin Catholic (1/6)

[player_tooltip player_id='1560973' first='Ethan' last='Roseman'] – 5'11 PG 2026: While it may have taken him a little time in this one to get going, the freshman guard Roseman was a stud here. He was the team's second leading scorer with 13 pts. For his age, I like his size and feel for the game already. I have seen him a few times now and continue to impressed with his pull 15fter. Roseman is proving to be one of the best freshman in the state.

[player_tooltip player_id='1402477' first='Robert' last='Davidson'] – 6'4 C 2023 my opinion, Davidson was the best player on the floor in this one. He lead the Trojans with 25 pts and added 7 rbs, and 4 stls. He is an extremely athletic player that defends, runs the floor well, and makes plays around the basket. Showed his ability to stretch the floor a little as well. Real impressive showing from Davidson.

[player_tooltip player_id='1556368' first='Drew' last='Knapp'] – 6'4 SF 2023: Knapp is a taller wing that's strength is obviously spot up shooting. While he only had 3 pts on the night, he was able to make a few other plays on the glass as well playing some solid defense as well. Seen Knapp a few times now and no that he has an ability to get out from the outside at any moment. Important part of this Trojan team.

Guerin Catholic: vs Bishop Chatard (1/6)

[player_tooltip player_id='1386181' first='Jack' last='Cherry'] – 6'1 PG 2024: Cherry is a smaller lead guard that like to push the pace. Real fan of his motor and ability to make the tough play. Scored well through contact. Overall pretty tough player.

[player_tooltip player_id='1275817' first='Robert' last='Sorensen'] 5'11 PG 2024: Sorensen is a small lead guard that play on and off the ball. Type of player that can score from anywhere. Really smooth stroke from behind the arc and has the ability to make the tough shots.

[player_tooltip player_id='1547883' first='Dylan' last='Murans'] – 6'6 SF 2024: Murans is a taller forward that has so much versatility to his overall game. He cannot only play the post but can stretch the floor so well. Has smooth corner three and made some great plays around the basket. He is a “go to” guy for this Guerin Catholic team and plays his role well. He is a guy that can get you a bucket.

Greensburg: vs Shelbyville (1/7)

[player_tooltip player_id='1495782' first='Jeter' last='Edwards'] - 6'2 PG 2023: Edwards is a quick guard with a smooth drive. Made some tough buckets for the Pirates and was able to take his defender off the dribble. Really good hands on defense.

[player_tooltip player_id='1160678' first='Ki' last='Dyer'] - 6'2 PG 2023: Dyer is a athletic guard that made some plays for Greensburg here. Displayed a smooth outside shot and was stepping up and taking charges on defense. Really like his ability to pass on the drive and score off the dribble.

[player_tooltip player_id='1158211' first='Addison' last='Barnes-Pettit'] - 6'5 C 2024: Barnes-Pettit is a bruising post player that plays like a workhorse. Made some plays down the stretch and shown an ability to stretch the floor a little.

Shelbyville: vs Greensburg (1/7)

[player_tooltip player_id='1393266' first='Ollie' last='Sandman'] - 6'2 SG 2023: Sandman is a bigger shooting guard that has natural strength and athletic ability. Was a little out of control at times but overall made a few a plays. Need to see him be a little more aggressive and getting buckets. Solid 15ft jumper.

[player_tooltip player_id='1607277' first='Damon' last='Badgley'] - 6'1 SG 2025: Strong frame that allows him to get through contact. Made a few tough buckets including a 15ft pull up. Defense look solid right now as well.

[player_tooltip player_id='1561061' first='Caden' last='Claxton'] - 5'10 PG 2026: Claxton is a shorter freshman guard that played aggressive here. Real scrappy and is not afraid to drive. Sharp shooter from three as well. Overall, proved to be a tough kid.
