The North Dakota commit towered over everyone else in this matchup and put his advanced scoring arsenal on display. He is listed at 6'9”, but can move extremely well and has the ability to knock down shots from the perimeter. He used his size to his advantage by backing defenders down in the post, then going to a soft right-handed hook shot for an easy basket. Bothun converted on two and-ones, fighting through loads of contact, while still laying the ball in. Matthew was hitting shots from deep off the dribble and in the catch-and-shoot, he finished with a game-high 34 points in the comeback win for St. Francis. u003c/spanu003e","_player_evaluations_0_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations":1,"_player_evaluations":"field_62aba7547dc44"},"mode":"preview","alignText":"left","anchor":"acf-block-63c5e67a3da07"} /-->

That did not change in the win over a top-5 ranked Eden Prairie team. He was doing it all offensively, scoring a season-high 32 points and conducting the Panther offense at times as well, bringing the ball up the floor. Opponents could not stop him from getting downhill, as he was playing very aggressively resulting in him getting whatever he wanted in the painted area. Lakeville North has been down some key guys with injuries these past couple weeks, but Vaith has stepped up and played a much larger role as of late. He joined a very good 2023 recruiting class for Concordia-St. Paul last week. u003c/spanu003e","_player_evaluations_0_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations":1,"_player_evaluations":"field_62aba7547dc44"},"mode":"preview","alignText":"left","anchor":"acf-block-63c5e67a3da99"} /-->

Saturday's win over Eden Prairie was the best scoring game I have seen from Robison this season, as he finished the game with 23 points on very efficient shooting. The 3-star junior knocked down a number of open looks from beyond the arc and in the mid-range. He was also effective in post-up situations, backing his defender down then getting to his left hand where he would float the ball up and in. At full strength, this Panther squad looks like they can compete with anyone. He could not miss out of the catch-and-shoot, as he would knock down shots after teammates drive and kicks or in pick and pop situations. He has a very quick release and was taking advantage of opponents not getting a hand up right when he caught the ball. The senior forward also cleaned up after teammate's misses with several second chance baskets. He finished the tight loss with a season-high 23 points. Nelson was also a standout player on the gridiron, as he had a very solid senior season, quarterbacking Andover to a 7-3 record. u003c/spanu003e","_player_evaluations_0_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations":1,"_player_evaluations":"field_62aba7547dc44"},"mode":"preview","alignText":"left","anchor":"acf-block-63c5e67a3db4b"} /-->

He scored the majority of his baskets in the post against a much taller opponent. He was very effective backing down his defender then getting to a left-handed hook following a dropstep. He was also comfortable knocking down a fadeaway shot in the post which was very hard to contest. Along with that, the 6'4” senior did a great job sealing off his defender, causing him to be open for an entry pass leading to an open layup. He played physical defense and set some nice screens. Duop and the Packers are off to a 7-4 record so far this season. u003c/spanu003e","_player_evaluations_0_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations":1,"_player_evaluations":"field_62aba7547dc44"},"mode":"preview","alignText":"left","anchor":"acf-block-63c5e67a3dbc8"} /-->

He has truly taken that next step as a player as he saw limited minutes last season as a junior. Rebounding and scoring inside have been his big strengths this year as he is almost automatic when he gets the ball into the paint. He can finish around the rim with both hands and is also effective in the post. When he is there in the post, he can knock down some tough fadeaway looks, as well as using pumpfakes to get himself easy layups at the basket. Hillesheim is averaging 15.8 points per game this season and has his the Royals ranked as the #3 team in class AAAA. u003c/spanu003e","_player_evaluations_0_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations":1,"_player_evaluations":"field_62aba7547dc44"},"mode":"preview","alignText":"left","anchor":"acf-block-63c5e67a3dc1f"} /-->

At 6'7”, he has one of the smoothest jump shots I have seen this season and he put it to use in the win over Eden Prairie. He looked very comfortable getting shots off quick in the catch-and-shoot, as he connected with one while drawing a foul leading to a converted four-point play. Another shot he made was an off-the-dribble, pull-up three-pointer that looked very smooth. The senior forward also had a next level pass to a cutting teammate for an easy basket. Kutzler is a very intriguing prospect in this 2023 class that has gone under-the-radar. u003c/spanu003e","_player_evaluations_0_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations":1,"_player_evaluations":"field_62aba7547dc44"},"mode":"preview","alignText":"left","anchor":"acf-block-63c5e67a3dc73"} /-->
