Knocked down shots from the point land at a high level .Understands proper spacing, moves well without the ball and has good shooting form. Finished with a game high of 26 Points in their matchup with RHS, knocking down 8 three pointers.
The energy and effort that he brings from start to finish is something that you truly have to love! He doesn’t take plays off, fights for every single rebound, constantly makes the hustle play and still made an impact on the offensive end within the flow of the team concept. He plain and simply is the type of player that you love to have on your team, and it doesn’t take long to see why colleges were so intrigued.
His team picked up a big time win on Saturday night against KHS, and he was one of the main reasons why they were able to. Got off to an outstanding start in their matchup with Northeastern, scoring 14 out of his 16 total points in the first half of this game. He has good size and length with plenty of upside that should not be overlooked. The next steps for him will be to continue to add muscle to his frame as well as remaining aggressive to attack on the offensive end of the floor.
Although he is only in his second year of high school, he carries himself and plays the game with an IQ and demeanor of a player that is closer to his senior year. He doesn’t get rattled regardless of what’s going on, plays the game at his own pace, scores the ball in multiple ways, doesn’t back down from challenges but always makes sure he plays within the flow of the team concept. There is plenty to like about this young man and there is no doubt that he will be receiving calls from quite a few college coaches over the next few years.
