Riley was quite impressive in the loss today for the Indians. Tilden brings a really good demeanor to the floor and an ability to score around the basket. Riley a left-handed forward can play inside-out and does a good job of staying active on both ends of the floor. Tilden is off to a good start this season for the Indians and will for sure be a double-double guy all through high school for the Indians. He will be a name to track moving down the road.
Wilder has really sprouted up in the past year in height growing it least 4-5 inches. Ford plays the game always under control while on the floor. He played very active in the passing lanes and always seemed too busy on both ends of the floor working to get to the ball. Ford can knockdown shots when open on the floor. Wilder looks to be a good piece to the future of basketball for the Barons and Head Coach Rip Ripley moving forward.
Highlights
Morris is a slender-sleek wing play for the Highlanders. Henry has good length and looks to be growing for sure down the road. He was able to connect on a few short jumpers today while starting for the Highlanders.
Taylor was the first man off the bench for the Eagles here today. Greene a point guard sees the floor well and made a few heady passes along the way today. Can he help the Eagles in SCISA Class 3A make some noise this coming season?
Slawson plays mature for his age, and it shows on the floor with his aggressive style play. Jonathan looks to swarm the ball on defense, and he won’t hesitate one second to jump on the floor for the loose ball. Jonathan plays the game with a lot of grit and toughness.
Hunter ran the point guard position here today for the Highlanders. Kamuari keeps the ball low to the ground and stands just 5’5.
Yes, Tripp is the grandson of Pinewood Prep Head Coach Pat Eidson. Tripp is just an 8th grader and already stands 6’5. His father Chuck Eidson played at the University of South Carolina. Tripp for sure isn’t done growing at all. This young man will have a bright future while playing for his grandfather on this Panthers roster.
