Flipping over to the Wilson Hall side of things, there were still some positive attributes to see from Ford Wilder Ford Wilder 6'4" | SG Wilson Hall | 2026 State SC despite it not being his best night. The multi-sport athlete recently crossed over the 1,000-point milestone for his career, and tonight he put up a game-high 21 points. He was by far the Barons’ most dangerous offensive threat because of his size, athleticism, and shooting ability. Wilder knocked down three threes in this one, but there was also a clear emphasis on getting him touches close to the basket, especially when the team went through droughts.

Ford is another one of Upward Stars Pee Dee 16U’s wings that I am a fan of. Wilder could be a solid 3 & D guy at the next level with good size, lots of activity, and perimeter shot-making. While shooting is his standout attribute on the offensive end, Wilder is also good on closeouts. He has a good handle and feel for when to finish himself or dump off to an open teammate.
