Tripp’s box-score numbers are quite impressive: 10.1 points per game, 11.0 rebounds per game, 1.5 steals per game, and 3.1 blocks per game. Eidson has taken big strides on the offensive end of the floor this season, turning into a strong finisher and a capable threat from 12-15 feet. The Panthers will match up with Heathwood Hall on Friday, and they will need him to be efficient with his touches and defend without fouling in order to walk away as State Champions.

Rounding out my list of standouts from Pinewood Prep’s trip to Ben Lippen on Monday night is Tripp Eidson Tripp Eidson 6'8" | C Pinewood Prep | 2027 State SC . He might not fit in with some of the others on the list when it comes to shooting, but he was excellent in the game and posed a matchup weakness for the Falcons. Tripp was dominant on the offensive glass, including a stretch where he scored six straight second-chance points as Pinewood Prep grabbed an early lead. Eidson can also work quickly when facing up around the rim with a size advantage. Despite the loss, Tripp finished with 18 points and 10 rebounds against the Falcons.
