I wasn’t familiar with Williams prior to Saturday, but his performance left me wanting to know more about him and keep up with him for the rest of the summer. He went for 23 points in a matchup with Nation Ford, scoring in multiple ways to provide a spark for his team. Williams knocked down 3 threes, including two in the second half that looked very smooth from the corners. He also displayed his length with some creative finishes at the rim, and even forced a couple of turnovers, which turned into transition scores.
