The 2024 class is extremely talented and compiling just 5 players is tough, so there might be some players who were left out but may still rise into the rankings.
Emanuel is a new player to the state of Washington, transferring in to play with BFL Prep. Custard is a complete point guard in my eyes, being able to score at will but also distribute to his teammates very well. His court vision is very good, as he can see every open teammate before the defense does. His shot is consistent from deep and mid-range but Custard excels when driving to the hoop and finishing athletically at the rim. He can easily rise into the top 100, maybe top 50.
I’ve seen tremendous growth in Lonnie’s game just over the summer. He has great length with long arms, helping him quite a bit on the defensive side of the ball. Offensively, he attacks the rim nicely and finished very well at the rim. His first step is quick, but his length is what helps him create space and get to the rim smoother. He has a good jump shot, hitting shots with ease when given space. He’s poised for a breakout year for RA Long.
**Tyler attends WF West HS**
I think Tyler is going to have a breakout season for WF West. He’ll be paired with Gage Brumfield Gage Brumfield 6’2″ | SG WF West | 2025 State WA in the back court, with Soren Dalan Soren Dalan 6’10” | C W.F West | 2023 State WA down low dominating the paint. He was named 2A all-EvCo 2nd team, averaging 16 points a game. He’s an outstanding shooter from long range, knocking down an average of 3 three pointers a game. He can shoot from deep as well, forcing defenders to play tight defense. That’s when he shows off his ball handling and speed, blowing by them and getting to the hoop.
Highlights
Bo is an absolute gritty guard on the court, which I think is extremely fun to watch. He attacks the bucket hard, exploding by defenders often. He embraces contact down low, as he can adjust mid air nicely and finish through it. He has a very good jumper, being able to hit the three with a hands in his face or not. He utilizes his body when driving well, being able to create just enough space to get a high percentage shot for himself. WF West is a team to watch next year with all the returning talent coming back.
