Elzie Harrington
Elzie Harrington
The 6’6″ wing impressed in all facets of the camp and scrimmages. In the reacting off the pick drills, Harrington constantly broke down the defense and showed off his elite athleticism with windmills and other power dunks at the rim. In the scrimmage portion of the camp, he displayed the ability to create for himself and knocked down some tough contested shots from midrange. Elzie is a well rounded player who can contribute in different ways offensively. Keep an eye on him as his stock has been going up all summer and as Bosco looks to go deep this season.
RJ Chastang
RJ Chastang
Did a good job of utilizing the stop and pop. Knows how to use screens to free himself for mid range jumpers. Has potential to be a good shot creator as he has solid footwork and ball handling to catch his opponents off guard. Chastang is a competitor who plays with intensity on the defensive end. Really got into it and showed good lateral movement and ability to stay in front of his man.
Dillan Shaw
Dillan Shaw
Came into the camp with a reputation for scoring, added another one as a great ball handler and passer. Shaw did a good job reading the defense in pick and rolls situations. Shaw is elite in driving into traffic and dishing to the open roll man or corners, using his shiftiness to get by his man and his creativity and vision to find guys. Will be interesting to see how his game progresses. Shaw is the nephew of former NBA player and current Wizards assistant Mike Batiste.
Zander Ovies
Zander Ovies
Showed the ability to make shots from deep. Has good form on his jumper and is always ready to catch and shoot. Ovies has good control of the ball, shows potential to be a creator. Moves his feet well, has a good feel for the game. Has a high motor as he hustled and ran hard in both drills and scrimmages.
Izaiah Fiallos
Izaiah Fiallos
Not afraid to shoot the ball. Despite being one of the youngest players attending, Fiallos shows confidence in himself and his game. Looks for his jumper, has the potential to stroke it from deep. Will learn a lot from Coach Giles and playing for an esteemed program at Corona Centennial.
