Kaden Hammond Kaden Hammond 6'8" | PF The Burlington School | 2025 State NC – Cummings High
Hammond is a forward prospect in the 2024 class that’s due to turn heads entering his junior season at Cummings High. He was a double-double machine in the post, averaging 12.0 ppg and 11.2 rpg along with 1.9 bpg. After falling by just three to Kinston in last year’s NCHSAA State Playoffs, look for him to have a breakout year in 2022-23.
Amaree Barber Amaree Barber 6'0" | CG Jacksonville | 2024 State NC – Jacksonville High
Barber is quite the shifty guard with the ball in his hands that led the way for Flight 22 this grassroots cycle. He makes good decisions with the ball in his hands and does well to let opponents know he’s a presence on the defensive end as well. He’s a 6-foot combo guard set for a big junior year as well.
Jucqarie Love Jucqarie Love 6'5" | PF Southern Guilford | 2024 State NC – Southern Guilford
Love is an athletic 6-foot-5 guard/wing that plays with a ton of energy on both ends of the floor. He’s capable of getting downhill and finish at the rim but won’t hesitate to size opponents up on the perimeter and make things happen off the bounce. He does well to turn defense into offense with his nose for the ball.
Jaylen Cross Jaylen Cross 6'4" | SG Caldwell Academy | 2025 State #168 Nation NC – Northwest Guilford
Cross is another wing at 6-foot-4 that can operate in a variety of ways with the ball in his hands and as a defender. He’s coming off a productive sophomore season that saw him post 16.7 ppg, 3.8 rpg and 2.8 apg. As he improves his shooting stroke on the perimeter, look for his stock to continue to grow with a big season coming up for Northwest Guilford.
Keenan Wilkins Keenan Wilkins 5'11" | PG Christ School | 2024 State NC – Christ School
Wilkins has transitioned well into the point guard spot while moving into the 2024 class with Christ School. Emanuel Richards Emanuel Richards 6'5" | CG Christ School | 2023 State NC and Anthony Robinson Anthony Robinson 6'9" | PF Christ School | 2023 State NC Jr should fare well with him leading the charge in the backcourt in 2022-23. He was one of the top scorers in public school, averaging 26.5 ppg along with 4.4 rpg and 3.7 apg on 46 percent shooting from the field and 34 percent from 3-point land.
