McKenney is an elite prospect on a national scale and where he goes, high majors will follow. He’s so strong for his age and has a top notch mid range game. Many legends have been born and cemented over the years at the Prep Hoops Michigan Top 250, and Trey McKenney Trey McKenney 6’4″ | CG Orchard Lake St. Mary’s | 2025 State #27 Nation MI could be next.
In an extremely good point guard class, there may not be any with more upside than Lawson. He’s dynamic with the ball in his hands and makes plays off the bounce. This week in Las Vegas, he’s showing that he can play lights out with quality teammates that can handle as well. There’s just so much to like about Lawson as an athlete and his court would be packed with fans wanting to see him put on a show.
There may not have been a 2025 that had a more productive grassroots season than Carson Vis Carson Vis 6’3″ | PG Grand Rapids South Christian | 2025 State MI . He’s proven to be a lights out shooter that can be a game changer when he’s in his groove. Vis could be a headliner in his hometown at the Prep Hoops Michigan Top 250.
Parker is perfect for the Top 250. He’s a better player than a ranking can give him credit for and he can show the state and next level coaches exactly that on September 17. Parker is a terrific shooter, is incredibly efficient with the ball, and loaded with talent.
Randolph is one of the better post players in the class of 2025 and we all know that everyone wants that top notch talent in the paint. He’s a physically strong force in the lane and could end up as one of the top post defenders in the state. Randolph protects the rim and uses his strength to dominate the glass.
Holder has the ability to be one of the fastest risers in the 2025 prospect rankings. Just like his older brother always was, he’s more talented than what he’s ranked. He plays with a high basketball IQ and can make plays for himself and his teammates. Holder can use the top 250 to start his ascent toward the top of the rankings.
Remember his name because he will make a lot of noise in high school and grassroots basketball over the next few years. Like other Muskegon greats in the past, Johnson could blow up at the Top 250. He was a consistent and hard nosed scorer all summer for REACH Legends 2025. Johnson rebounds extremely well off the wing.
