The Hustle Region Circuit consists of AAU Programs from California, Oregon, Washington, Arizona, Utah, Montana, Idaho, Colorado, and New Mexico. The circuit features 10 stops including the Hustle Region Final in Irvine July 15th – 17th. Stop number 2 took place in Denver, Colorado with the Spring Kick-Off. The event featured nearly 100 programs ranging from age 15U – to 17U. The event also featured a lot of guys that could really shoot the ball. In this article, we take a look at the top Snipers from this event.
Trey Thompson 6’2 SG Colorado Premiere 2024 – Caught Thompson right in the midst of him going off. A catch-and-shoot guy with a quick-release he buried multiple corner threes in the game I watched to help his team get a victory. He does decent shot prep and showed the ability to get the ball off quickly.
Shareef Juadon 5’10 PG Colorado Anarchy 2023 – Juadon was the most consistent shooter I saw. He also was one of the more versatile. He made some catch and shoots, and also knocked down shots off the bounce, including a nice pull-up in transition. He shot them in volume, however, he was efficient. I watched one full game and he knocked down four treys. Throughout the week, every time I caught a glimpse of him he seemed to be knocking down a three.
Donovan Larry 5’7 PG IE FIre 2024 – I didn’t catch a lot of 2024’s but Larry caught my eye. In a game against Rising Stars with an ugly start, Larry took the lid off the bucket with a deep three. He wasn’t accurate with all his shots, but he did shoot it with good form, and shots like his NBA range three shows that he can be accurate from distance.
Miles Memonigle 6’1 SG PSB 2025 (featured image) – Memonigle is a shooter for real. Anytime you walk up to a court and the entire team is yelling “shooter” whenever he touches the ball, then you may be on to something. Memonigle backed up his reputation by then knocking down two more threes in front of me in a tight game. He has textbook form, complete with a consistent wrist snapping follow through.
Zach Bowen Zach Bowen 6'6" | SF Mountain Vista | 2023 State CO 6’6 SF Elevation Flyers 2023 – Bowen was the floor spacer for a talented Elevation team. A corner specialist, he was able to knock down multiple threes in both the games I watched. He has good shot prep, complete with ready hands and his feet set.
Lule Negede 6’2 SG Prolific Elite 2025 – Negede makes the list if for nothing else, the timing of his shots. Negede made a ton of top of the key threes in a really good game against Rocky MT Fever. He hit a coulple catch and shoots, but Negede was also able to knock down shots when using a rhythm bounce to get his feet set. His degree of difficulty alone lands him on the list.
