The Indiana Top 250 Expo was this past weekend and this was a great opportunity for our prospects to preform at our premier event in front of college coaches at all levels. Here, we are going to take look at and evaluate the players that made up teams 1 and 4.

Team 1

#3 [player_tooltip player_id="1293366" first="Gunner" last="Kovach"] (Richmond H.S. 2023): A 5'10" guard, Kovach is a very good three-point shooter with a ton of athleticism. Despite his small physical size he was a state medalist in the high-jump and that translates well to the basketball court. Quick, bouncy, and a smooth shooter. Should have a nice junior season at Richmond.

#6 [player_tooltip player_id="1293388" first="Sam" last="Sherman"] (Brebeuf Jesuit 2024): Sherman showed the ability to really attack the basket off of the dribble throughout the day on Saturday. He attacked closeouts from the wings driving it right and was a consistent finisher around the basket. The 5'11" guard is yet another talented young prospect at Brebeuf.

#42 [player_tooltip player_id="935723" first="Anthony" last="Dancler"] (Southport H.S. 2023): Dancler, a 6'1" point guard, put together one of the most impressive performances at the Indiana Top 250. Ranked #17 in the class of Prep Hoops Indiana, Dancler showcased his excellent handle and playmaking ability with the ball in his hands. Very good at playing off of a ballscreen. Shot the ball well all day long. One of the better prospects at the event.

#85 [player_tooltip player_id="1293335" first="Sam" last="Lewis"] (Bishop Chatard 2023): Small point guard at 5'7" but competed well against some of the top college prospects in Indiana. Penetrated the defense consistently and made nice plays to open shooters when he got into the paint. Nice court vision. Makes 3's when he is open with a nice stroke. Good passer.

#92 [player_tooltip player_id="1158200" first="Jacob" last="Williams"] (Switzerland County H.S. 2024): A 6'0" guard, Williams hustled all day long and proved to be a good defender. On the offensive end he finished around the basket and even posted up a smaller defender once and scored inside. One to watch in the coming years in southern Indiana.

#174 [player_tooltip player_id="1293429" first="Joshua" last="Williams"] (Connersville H.S. 2023): Quick, strong driver with good size at 6'3". Williams rebounded the ball well on both ends of the floor, played off of two feet inside, and finished at the rim. You can tell that he has been well coached. Fundamentally sound player with some intriguing tools as a two-way player.

#182 [player_tooltip player_id="1162771" first="Kameron" last="Patterson"] (Indianapolis Lutheran H.S. 2023): 6'5" physical left-handed forward. Patterson should his strength around the basket with consistent back to the basket finishes over his right shoulder with his left hand. Solid athlete with a lot of the physical tools you would want. Under-the-radar prospect to keep tabs on.

#185 [player_tooltip player_id="870237" first="Luke" last="LaGrange"] (Leo H.S. 2022): Impressive size and shooting ability as a 6'5" wing. LaGrange has a good amount of small college interest and proved why on Saturday. Made a 3-pointer behind a handoff when his defender went under. Hard for bigger defenders to chase him around the perimeter with his shooting ability.

#193 [player_tooltip player_id="1295381" first="Gavin" last="Wisley"] (Bloomington H.S. South 2023): Wisley is a long and thin prospect in his 6'8" frame. He had a couple of nice blocks in the lane and scored on the block offensively. A little raw overall, but as a rim protector and finisher he has the size to be projectable. You can't teach 6'8"!

Team 4

#9 [player_tooltip player_id="1269960" first="Ashton" last="Oviedo"] (Triton H.S. 2022): Oviedo is an excellent shooter that can make tough 3's off of the dribble and from deep beyond the arc. The 5'11" guard is crafty with the ball to create separation and get his shot off on the perimeter. Poised for a big senior season at Triton.

#33 [player_tooltip player_id="1293376" first="Grant" last="Porath"] (Brownsburg H.S. 2024): A 6'0" shooting guard, Porath displayed his catch-and-shoot ability throughout the day on Saturday. When the left-hander is left open you can expect the shot to go in.

#47 [player_tooltip player_id="1184701" first="Christian" last="Flowers"] (Covenant Christian H.S. 2022): Flowers is a long and athletic wing that loves to drive and cut from the wings. 6'1" wing that looks to attack the basket hard off of the dribble. Nice defensive instincts.

#54 [player_tooltip player_id="1293368" first="Anthony" last="Fields"] (Cathedral H.S. 2024): Very intriguing Class of 2024 prospect that played well on Saturday at the showcase. He showcased crafty finishes with both hands at the end of his drives around the basket. Good athlete with some size at 6'2". One to watch at Cathedral in the coming years.

#71 [player_tooltip player_id="1293344" first="John" last="Malchow"] (Winamac H.S. 2024): Nice frame at 6'3" with some present strength. Knocked down a corner three showing off a solid shooting stroke with repeatable mechanics.

#73 [player_tooltip player_id="1626245" first="Lyna" last="Brooks"] (Franklin Central H.S. 2024): Brooks was one of the best players in the gym on Saturday. He is a high-upside 6'4" guard with all of the ball skill you could ask for. Great size, scores it from all three levels, and has the handle to be a great all-around playmaker. Just a big time talent that will have high-major attention.

#86 [player_tooltip player_id="1252307" first="Arlondo" last="Hall"] (Indianapolis Tindley H.S. 2023): Very good shooter with a quick release. The left-hander knocked in several three's throughout the event including a couple of corner threes in transition on back-to-back plays. Small 5'7" guard.

#120 [player_tooltip player_id="1160271" first="Zach" last="Sims"] (Edgewood H.S. 2024): Sims knows how to score the basketball and did so from beyond the arc on Saturday. He also showed the ability to be a good on-ball defender with quick feet. Should put up big numbers at Edgewood.

#129 [player_tooltip player_id="1293455" first="Camron" last="Casky"] (Pike H.S. 2024): Very, very aggressive offensive player with a lot of talent. He handles the ball well enough to create his own shot on the perimeter and the size at 6'4" to finish at the end of his drives. Had a couple of really tough finishes inside that were impressive. Good offensive player.
