While it was Derby weekend in Louisville and much of the state was taking the weekend off, some programs did play AAU this weekend. Here’s a quick rundown of results. These were the results reported to our Prep Hoops Kentucky Twitter. If your favorite team or player didn’t submit anything, it can’t be reported.

UpNext went 4-1 at the Down South Classic in Cape Girardeau, Missouri. They were led by [player_tooltip player_id="1151174" first="Jabrion" last="Spikes"], Jaheim Barry and Olajuwon White.
Griffin Elite Q went 2-3 overall at the Run N Slam, losing in the semifinals of the bronze bracket. [player_tooltip player_id="801588" first="Justin" last="Becker"] had a 30 point game on Friday night while [player_tooltip player_id="926893" first="Darien" last="Lewis"] added multiple good games.
Kentucky Select Blue went 4-0 and won the Butler County Super Regional. Ryan Davis was the go to scorer for Select.
Kentucky Select White finished 3-1 and the only loss was to the Select Blue team. [player_tooltip player_id="1022245" first="Quantez" last="Calloway"] led the team in scoring and rebounding while Liam Singer had a solid weekend.

UpNext went 5-0 and won the championship at the Down South Classic. [player_tooltip player_id="932776" first="Kenyatta" last="Carbon"] was named MVP of the tournament and Daisjuan Mercer and Marcus Eaves played well all weekend.
Griffin Elite Hardewig won the Bill Hensley Run N Slam in Fort Wayne, going 6-0 on the weekend and improving to 18-0 overall. [player_tooltip player_id="1116655" first="Teagan" last="Moore"] was the weekend MVP as he averaged 15 points and 9 rebounds per game. [player_tooltip player_id="1126628" first="Landen" last="Hamilton"], [player_tooltip player_id="1110297" first="Caleb" last="Brooks"], [player_tooltip player_id="1043601" first="Ryan" last="Rose"] and Aden Burnett all had strong showings for the Champs.
Griffin Elite Rogers lost in the platinum bracket at the Run N Slam. [player_tooltip player_id="1088851" first="Reece" last="Potter"] had a good weekend while his Lex Cath teammate [player_tooltip player_id="1043605" first="Hudson" last="Sparks"] had a 19 point outing on Friday night. [player_tooltip player_id="932769" first="Dallas" last="Roberts"] also had a 19 point game on the weekend while [player_tooltip player_id="1110296" first="Terrell" last="Henry"] put up 16 in a Saturday game.
Kentucky Select Blue went 4-1 and won the tournament at the BW3 Super Regional. Philip Bierley of Mason County had games of 14 and 17 rebounds while Mason Guffey averaged 15 points and 4.5 rebounds for Select.
Kentucky Select White went 1-2 but lost both games by only 3 points. Dalton Kramer and Carter Gabbert both played well.

Kentucky Select Blue went 3-2 and won the Silver Bracket at the AAU Butler County Super Regional. Andrew Reis and Carson Reinersman led a balanced scoring attack.
Kentucky Select White went 2-2 for the weekend. Eli Newman and Ryan Hartman shined for their squad.
