Jacob Meyer Jacob Meyer 6'2" | PG Holy Cross Covington | 2023 #170 Nation GA , Midwest Basketball Club – The Champions of the tournament are an Ohio program but Meyer is one of their best players. Hard to keep out of the paint, Jacob is able to get downhill and either finish or kick to open teammates. Midwest hit a lot of wide open threes over the weekend and many were thanks to the penetration of the Holy Cross guard.
Zee McCown Zee McCown 5'10" | PG Pleasure Ridge Park | 2023 State PA , Quinn Anvils – The heady guard from PRP was one of the stars of the weekend. It seemed like he couldn’t miss on Sunday whether it was from 30 feet or 3 feet away. McCown plays on or off the ball and is one of the best guards in Louisville.
Ondre Wicks Ondre Wicks 6'5" | SF Western | 2023 State KY , Griffin Elite Rogers – Wicks does a little bit of everything. He scores around the basket or can drive it and is capable of making catch and shoot threes. He rebounds at a high rate and protects the rim as an above average shot blocker. He’s a player to watch in the 6th region these next 2 years.
Jaden Biggers Jaden Biggers 6'6" | PF Bryan Station | 2023 State KY , Griffin Elite Bordas – Bordas’ team had their weekend cut short when they lost to Qunn Anvils but the big man from Bryan Station led their team in nearly every statistical category for the weekend. Jaden has polished post skills and will be looking for a big Junior season under a new coach for the Defenders.
Eian Elmer Eian Elmer 6'6" | SF Taft | 2023 State OH , Queen City Prophets – One of the better 2023s that no one seems to know about, Elmer is super athletic with a good feel for the game. Eian has great position size as a big wing and can attack the rim off the catch. His shot mechanics are a little slow but he can make jumpers with range.
Marcus Eaves Marcus Eaves 6'4" | SF North Hopkins | 2023 State KY , Up Next – Up Next had a short stay for the weekend, finishing at 1-2 on the weekend but Eaves showed he can compete amongst the best in the 23 class as he was able to score the ball all weekend as well as rebound at a high level. He’s play out of position with Up Next but he’s a solid wing prospect to track for the next 2 years.
Cam Brogan Cam Brogan 5'10" | PG Bullitt East | 2023 State KY , Louisville Prospects – Cam is an old fashioned floor general who knows how to run a team. Brogan took care of the ball all weekend and avoided pressure with a quick handle and above average passing. He’s not super aggressive as a scorer but he can score the ball when needed.
Kenyon Goodin Kenyon Goodin 6'3" | CG Collins | 2023 State KY , Manimal Elite – Goodin has clearly bulked up his frame and that allows him to finish through contact even better than he has before. Kenyon led Manimal in scoring for every game of the Silver bracket, which they eventually won.
