Quinten Rock- Smoky Hill, PG 6’0 2020
Quinten is a guy who plays his role almost perfectly. He is one of the best passers in the state and can lead his team into good spots for him to get assists. Also he can score when needed, he has a nice outside shot and can get some athletic finishes inside. Most recently he has added dunking in games to his repertoire, over the summer he had a few on fast breaks and in the fall league almost dunked on someone!
Kobe Sanders- Chaparral, PG 6’0 2020
Kobe is a great leader on the floor, with a group of younger guys on the team this year he will be the veteran presence at Chaparral. His shooting is one of the best parts of his game, he can knock it down off the dribble and step backs from almost anywhere past half court. This is going to be a big year for Kobe watch out for him to have some big double-doubles this year.
Brode Aho- Rock Canyon, PG 5’10 2020
Brode is a guy who surprised me a lot, I have not seen much of him but what I have seen was really good. He has very good handles and pushes the ball up the court well. He also can put up some points by pulling up for contested threes and finishing near the rim.
Tommy Apodaca- Lutheran, PG 5’10 2021
Tommy is the definition of quick, he uses that quickness to get steals and start fast breaks. Also he has very good vision, he always has his head on a swivel looking for an open man. Then without the ball he moves to get open for jumpers and cut for layups.
Lian Ramiro- Grandview, PG 6’1 2020
Lian might just be the shiftiest guy in the state, the CSU-Pueblo commit has a great combination speed and handles, this kid is exciting to watch! He uses his crafty set of moves to create separation for open shots. Also he has a good amount of talent around him that he gets the ball to well.
