New Offers:
Male’s Howard Fleming added a new offer from Austin Peay on Saturday after visiting their campus for their annual Elite camp. Fleming has been one of the hottest names in the state since June and continues to add to his offer sheet. Howard was also offered by Southern University since the last update. Southern is coached by former Kentucky point guard Sean Woods.
2020 Bullitt East guard Zak Perdew is headed to Centre College for a visit next month. Perdew had a strong AAU season with the Louisville Prospects and has a wide range of interest from all levels.
Ballard Senior JJ Buford now holds an offer from Maryville College. Maryville is a D3 school.
2021 Isaiah Mason was offered by Morehead State on August 9th. Mason now has 3 offers as Northern Kentucky and SIU-Edwardsville offered him this summer.
Morehead State also offered 2021 Darrius Washington of Fern Creek. The Screaming Eagles offer was the first for Washington and should be one of many he receives by the time he gets ready to commit.
Morehead was busy offering 2021s in Kentucky. Fern Creek point guard Jaden Rogers added his second D1 offer when Coach Preston Spradlin offered. They join Miami (OH) on the Louisville point guard’s offer list.
Bardstown Senior JJ Traynor has gone from an unknown to a top 80 ranked player in America in the last two months. Traynor was offered by Cincinnati recently and will take an official visit there soon. Kentucky, Louisville, Texas and Michigan are all involved with JJ now.
Commitment
Collins Point Guard Dayvion McKnight committed to Western Kentucky on the 8th. Coach Rick Stansbury was one of the first to offer McKnight and followed the 6’1 point guard all over the country for 12 months to make sure he got his future floor general.
