Recruiting Report: Michael Wright (2018)
Six-foot-1 Eaglecrest guard Michael Wright spent his summer months training hard working to improve himself in several ways.
“During the off-season, I attended college camps, played AAU with the Rocky Mountain Vipers, and did one on one training,” Wright stated. “In order to have the best senior year possible, I worked tirelessly on my body and endurance.
“I also worked on the base of my game, which required countless shooting and dribbling drills.”
The Eaglecrest senior group of Xai’Vion Jackson, Victor Garnes, Jalen Talbott, and Wright are expecting to have a big final season.
“Eaglecrest is full of talent; returning and new arrivals,” Wright stated. “We look forward to the upcoming season, I believe we will win many games.”
Michael is talking to a few schools about his college future and he’s started to look into some different programs.
“I’ve participated in many college visits and overnight camps, as well as meetings with administrators with colleges including Emory, Colorado College, and Carthage.”
