did his best to get the 17U Vegas Elite National team back in the game against the Salt Lake Rebels. He was getting downhill with the rock and made tough finishes as he was falling to the ground. His assertive play also earned him trips to the free throw line. I was also a fan of how aggressive Jackson was on defense. He had a couple of sneaky steals and didn’t give his opponents much breathing room.

played hungry and determined on Wednesday night. On offense, he was driving by his defender and getting to the basket. Jackson also scored more than a few times off of pull-up jumpers and he hit a 3. On defense, he was staying active with his hands and using his vertical to grab rebounds. All in all, it was a solid effort from the senior.

When I’ve watched Jackson play this season, I’ve noticed that he is constantly impacting the game in one way or another. On offense, he’s done a good job of getting to his spots and at the moment he is averaging 14.0 PPG. On defense, he has been racking up 3.7 steals a game, and 1.2 BPG. Perhaps his most impressive stat though, is that he’s averaging 9.4 rebounds per game.

Zaccarion Jackson’s drained a bunch of mid-range shots in Mojave’s matchup with Boulder Creek. He has an ability create enough separation to get a good look. I also liked how he played on defense. Jackson was constantly pestering his opponents, and finished the game with 4 steals.

is a great two way guy for Mojave. He has a solid shooting stroke and can hit both 3’s and pull up 2’s. Jackson was also Mojave’s leading assist guy last year with 4.2 a game. On defense, he uses his high IQ to anticipate passes and comes up with steals.

Jackson has been a part of a lot of winning and a lot of steals at Mojave. The versatile defender, is uber quick and plays with good instincts. He is the perfect candidate to turn heads at the camp.

One of the best defensive players in the state added to his offensive game last year. Mojave is expected to have one of the state’s most talented squads at Section 7, which should allow Jackson the opportunity to excel on either end.
