Ricky Bunch Jr. was a standout performer for Mojave a couple of times this season. Ricky Bunch Jr is now #69 in the rankings. His top offensive skills at the moment are likely his ball-handling and his shooting. He is also always full go when he is on the court, and is constantly badgering his opponent on the defensive end.

Bunch is one of the stronger defenders in the class of 2027. He takes a lot of pride in staying in front of his guy, and will give 100% the entire game. I also like how he creates turnovers, which leads to transition points for his team. On offense, Bunch Jr. is a slasher when he attacks the rim. He can blow right by his guy, or euro step if needed to get his shot off.

I only got one good evaluation of Bunch, however it came as he was thrown into the fire. The Fresh faced PG showed that he is more than capable of providing for one of the best teams in the state. Bunch plays with good quickness both with and without the ball, all while displaying the traditional tough on ball defense demanded by the Rattlers.

Its nor easy being a PG in Mojave’s system, but Bunch did a good job when thrown into the fire. The PG played with tremendous pace, getting up and down in the Rattlers system, protecting the ball and connecting the team’s first and second units.
