After a slow start to the game, Tyler found his groove in a rivalry win over Chanhassen, scoring his 1,000th career point in the process. Tyler did a great job at finding his teammates with well timed passes, hitting them right in the hands and allowing them to get straight into their shots. He excelled at getting into the lane, forcing the defense to collapse, and then kicking it out to the open man. When Tyler wasn’t setting up his teammates, he knocked down a couple of threes, hung in the air for some tough finishes inside, and threw down a two handed dunk on his way to 23 points. Tyler was approaching triple-double territory with 7 rebounds and 8 assists in the win.
