About Colton

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I am a 6’4 wing that likes to finish strong at the hoop. I space out for open threes and get downhill looking to play off 2 and create for my teammates. On defense I talk loud and often, looking for passing lanes to intercept or pressure my man on ball.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I am a quiet but supportive teammate and talk when it matters. I take practices serious and keep my head cool in pressure moments, but I know when to have fun.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

I am on the 10TH Grade B Honor Roll for first semester. In 9th grade I made the 9A honor roll for spring.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I have gone with my team to feed my starving children multiple times the last 2 years. It has helped me make an impact around the world, and I have gained leadership and teamwork qualities.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

During my freshman year we had an up and down basketball season, finishing with a losing record. That motivated us this year to work as hard as possible, and it led to us winning the 4AAAA State Championship this 2025-2026 season.

What type of college are you looking for?

A school that welcomes all kinds of people, a place where I can be myself and meet new people and with coaches who are hard on the team but supportive of our goals.
