Hall began his rise late in the season and by the end it was impossible to overlook, finishing on a tear with five straight 20+ point performances and double doubles in four of them. His emphatic play showed just how dangerous he can be as a scorer and overall offensive threat. With a quick first step, he consistently got past defenders, and his ability to score at all three levels made him tough to contain. His jumper looked smooth and confident, and he played with a level of aggression that set him apart. That late surge, production and impact ultimately earned him a well deserved jump in the final rankings
