Tony Odom Tony Odom 6'2" | SG C.A. Johnson | 2026 State SC was out the last time I saw the Hornets, so it was good to see him back on the court and playing well at the Lexington Roundball Classic. He had a nice game despite the loss, putting up 13 points, 6 rebounds, 2 assists, and 2 steals. He showcased an array of jump-shot making, knocking down a heavily-contested left-wing three, a deep straightaway three, a spot-up right-wing three, and an and-one mid-range pull-up. Tony is always comfortable playing off the catch, where he can shoot it or get to his spots in the mid-range, and that will come in handy as the Hornets attempt to make a run at the Class A State Championship.

Tony Odom Tony Odom 6'2" | SG C.A. Johnson | 2026 State SC is a new face to Class 1A after transferring from Keenan High School to C.A. Johnson High School in 1A Region 2. Odom averaged 2.5 Points Per Game and 1.8 Steals Per Game in limited minutes during his Sophomore Year, but he should be in for a major leap in his Junior Year. Tony is a high-volume scorer who is confident at all three levels. He can handle the rock and create off the dribble when plays break down or he can be the focal point in an offense. Odom also excels at creating chaos on the defensive end of the floor with quick hands and feet.

Odom made the move to the Hornets this season after attending Keenan HS. Tony really looks to work on the defensive end of the floor with his constant ball pressure. He does a nice job of creating space for his shot while on the floor. He connects on open looks. Odom should really make a name for himself this season playing at the Class 1A level.
