Expert Analysis

There were three or four members of the C.A. Johnson Hornets who would have been worthy selections of an All-State Selection, but when you look at the numbers, Aissacc’s are among the best of them. He put up 15.5 points per game, 9.1 rebounds per game, 3.4 steals per game, and 2.5 blocks per game, dominating teams big to small en route to a State Championship Ring.

One guy who absolutely filled up the box score in a win was Germany. He was dominant, racking up 24 points, 17 rebounds, 3 blocks, and 7 steals to help win C.A. Johnson the Class 1A crown. Aissacc and the Hornets played for the State Championships less than five miles away from their school, so they were more than comfortable from the jump. He had 9 rebounds in the first quarter, controlling the offensive glass to help get his team second opportunities. Aissacc still has some work to do offensively, but if you want a next-level defensive menace, it’s time to jump on Germany before it’s too late.

C.A. Johnson has been far and away the best team in Class 1A all season long, and they have a chance to solidify a historic season with a win over Bethune-Bowman on Saturday. Germany, who holds an offer from Paine College, has been at the center of it all for the Hornets, going for 15.5 points per game, 9.1 rebounds per game, 3.4 steals per game, and 2.5 blocks per game this year. Look for Aissacc to get established early with some on-ball production in the half-court or to get the crowd going with loud plays in transition.

When it comes to off-the-radar 2026s in South Carolina, Germany might be as good as they come. He plays for 1A CA Johnson and received his first offer from Paine College in late September. Aiassic is an athletic wing who dominates the glass, can handle the ball in attack, and finishes above the rim. He is a developing jump shooter, but hit a few off-the-dribble shots with the ball in his hands often, and tallied a 22-point, 12-rebound double-double.

, who dominated the glass for CA Johnson in a low-scoring matchup with Powdersville. He hauled in 15 rebounds in the win, but also had some nice offensive plays off the dribble and a pair of blocks. What makes Aiassiac such a good rebounder are his instincts and positioning, as he often knows exactly where the ball is going off the rim. However, if he does misjudge one, he is athletic enough to adjust to still get the ball.
