All the praise on the outside will go to the senior Jeffersonville trio of Singleton, Cooper, and Douglas, but the Red Devils have another senior that has been the glue for them in many ways in lead guard Shawn Boyd Shawn Boyd 5'9" | PG Jeffersonville | 2025 IN . Boyd has proven to be a steady piece for them for a few years now and in his senior campaign, he has stepped up on both ends of the floor. Boyd has shown to lead the fast break, hit big shots, and defend a good level. If Jeffersonville ends Fishers undefeated run, Boyd may be one of the reasons.

There is so much talent on this Jeffersonville team, led by three Division I players, that you need other guys who are willing and able to simply excel in their roles. That is what leads to winning championships and Boyd does that for the Red Devils. He was excellent leading the break in transition a few times on Saturday and finished with five assists in Jeffersonville’s 65-40 win over Evansville Harrison.

Cooper, Douglas, and Singleton get a lot of the attention when discussing Jeffersonville’s super special senior class. However, this guard has some real game as well. Boyd knocked in a pair of three-point shots in the second quarter as the Red Devils started to pull away and then added a couple of more buckets late to help seal the deal. He finished with 11 points on the evening. Under appreciated senior guard for this Class 4A Top 10 Jeffersonville squad.
