One of the best undersized guard defenders in the country, Young moves his feet and takes pride in his on-ball defense. is a 5’10” point guard for Morgantown High School. Sharron is a versatile guard that can distribute the ball and score effectively. He is tenacious on defense and relentless in all areas of his play on the court. He finishes well at the hole and is more than capable of hitting outside shots. He has midrange potential and can hit the long ball. Sharron is a hard guard for anyone going up against him. His quickness and ability to put pressure on opposing defenses is what sets him apart. Sharron looks to lead Morgantown to a 3rd straight high school boys’ basketball championship. He will for sure have an impact if they are successful or not.

Young is just an all around player. He makes big plays at both ends of the floor. He is great at handling the ball in transition and has great recognition on when he should pass the ball. He is not afraid to shoot from deep and has a quick pump-fake to get his defender in the air. He will also step up and take a charge when necessary on defense.
