Whether it is diving for loose balls, taking charges, battling on the glass, or making the extra pass, he consistently does the little things that contribute to success. His toughness, versatility, and feel for the game make him an extremely valuable player, and I would expect small-college programs throughout the region to be knocking on Ridgeway’s door. Players who consistently help teams win while impacting multiple facets of the game tend to find their way onto college rosters.

Ridgeway was a focal point for ESF throughout the day. He was a constant threat from deep and if his feet were set there was a high chance he was converting. He also found ways to score around the bucket. Ridgeway is an unselfish teammate who frequently got others involved in the game with his ability to share the basketball.
