Goodman, a guard out of Phillips Exeter Academy in New Hampshire, makes his first appearance in the 2029 rankings at #29 and comes in as the #7 ranked combo guard. A wiry and athletic, 6’4″ lefty guard, Goodman has the ability to be a lockdown defender on the perimeter. He does a nice job of sitting in a stance and moving his feet to stay in front of opposing guards, makes plays in passing lanes off the ball, and mixes it up in the paint on the glass. Offensively, he has some breakdown potential in isolations and does a nice job of finishing with length around the rim, particularly off of euro-steps. Beyond that, he showed some impressive vision this summer and the ability to deliver high level passes on the move.
