Alexander, a post-graduate at Phillips Exeter Academy in New Hampshire, makes his first appearance in the rankings after announcing that he’ll head to the northeast from California. The 6’8″ lefty is noticably bigger and stronger than he was last summer and should make a major impact in Class A this winter. He can handle the ball in transition. stretches a defense with his ability to knock down shots, and does a nice job of moving without the basketball to score around the rim. Defensively, he shows good instincts in rotation, the ability to initiate the break with outlet passes, and reads the ball well off the rim on the glass.
