Svoboda made his debut in the rankings after bursting onto the scene this summer with his effort and activity. He impressed at the Expo, but we also saw him at a few in-state tournaments as well, and what stood out was the way that he dominated the glass and turned rebounds into quick outlets to start the break. He runs the floor, knocks down open jumpers, and competes defensively with positioning and toughness. His motor and feel make him an intriguing player that we feel could make an impact for his team this season. He’s a player that we feel earned himself a spot with his consistency over the summer, and now we’re excited to see if that translates.
