Charlie made a huge jump in the rankings of over 40 spots due to the work he put in in his Senior year. He made a massive leap statistically, but looking at it, he came into the season as a completely different player. He was ready to dominate on the block, started to use his size and dominate by going through smaller defenders, and his touch overall seemed better. He went from averaging 11.6 points and 3.4 rebounds a game as a junior to 17.6 points and 9.1 rebounds a game in his senior year. He had a few double-doubles, he passed on the block and read double teams, and showed he could score as a back-to-the-basket defender or face-up and attack too. He’s a player that I feel that colleges should be knocking on, as he could impact a team at the next level. Big riser in the rankings as he jumps into the Top 50.

Gilloth has made a massive leap as a senior, and his jump in production reflects how dominant he’s become, averaging 16.9 points and 9.1 rebounds per game. A true interior threat, he’s not just a back to the basket big as he’s comfortable putting the ball on the deck, making his move and overwhelming defenders who can’t keep up. He easily backs opponents down and counters with a nasty spin into a soft fall away jumper that he buries consistently. He produces with volume while staying efficient, hitting 55 percent from the floor. What’s driving his rise in the rankings is the reliability of his impact as he anchors the paint defensively, secures tough rebounds, forces bad shots and consistently gives his team a physical advantage inside every night

Gilloth has flown under the radar too long, but that changes with a big senior year. After averaging 11.6 points as a junior, he steps in as a key scoring option with the freedom to really fill it up. With a running mate beside him, that duo can apply real pressure nightly. This is the year he can turn steady production into real attention, and we expect his stock to rise.

At 6’4, Gilloth looks to get into the paint to draw in multiple defenders for kick outs or passes to baseline cutters. At his best while attacking downhill, the guard brings a unique skill set at his size, capable of taking on larger playmaking responsibilities as the season goes by. Through his first few games with Heritage, Gilloth has put up 8.1 points and 2.1 assists per game.

Gilloth displayed great footwork in the paint, leveraging his 6’3 frame to see above the defense for kickouts. Possibly the most consistent usage of a step-through out of anyone from this event, the guard found ways to leverage his smooth footwork for finishes in traffic. Adept at contributing below free throw line attempts through contests, he was unfazed, dependable with his short floater. Of course, Gilloth could knock down the open triple, one of the most well rounded offensive playmakers for that Hardwood group.
