Ball quietly had a strong sophomore year at Beverly Hills high school prior to making the move to the westside of the 405 freeway where he enrolled at Brentwood. The addition of Ball paid immediate dividends as the dynamic shot-creating and shot-making guard helped lead the Eagles to two summer tournament championships at Section 7 and California Live, respectively. Ball also upped his recruiting stock playing with Team CPSA’s 16u team on the Pro 16 circuit.

Ball emerged as one of the more intriguing scoring point guards in the 2028 class with his ability to create and make perimeter jumpers off the bounce. The 6-foot-2 rising junior, who transferred to Brentwood from Beverly Hills in the spring, is quick, shifty and decisive in isolation situations which allows him to keep defenders off balance and create space to get into his rhythm jumper. Ball has shown flashes of transition playmaking ability to complement his bucket-getting prowess. Ball checks in at No. 22 in the region.
