A returning first team all-league performer in the Eastern Cloverbelt Conference, Fleischmann competes with an edge on the basketball court. His goal each time out is to win. And he’ll do whatever it takes to get that accomplished. He is aggressive with the ball and likes to score from three-point land and off the bounce for the Wisconsin Playmakers Prep Hoops squad. He averaged 14.0 points and 6.1 rebounds as a junior, using his athleticism and intensity to contest on the glass and for every loose ball. Fleischmann is just a solid all-around player.

Fleischmann played with heart and activity throughout the contest as he consistently challenged shots on defense while also making some perimeter shots. Fleischmann’s squad ended up on the short end of a 56-50 decision, but his effort stood out, nonetheless. Fleischmann finished with 16 points to equal the scoring total of his teammate, Aaron Stemper of Caledonia, Minn.

Fleischmann anchored Colby’s success this season with his balanced play on both ends of the court. The 6’1″ junior averaged 16 points, 6 rebounds, and 3 assists per game. He delivered several standout performances, including a 28-point night in a win over Greenwood. Fleischmann’s leadership and shot-making elevated him from a solid contributor last year to one of the conference’s premier players.
