these last few months. The hyper-athletic shooting guard gave teams issues all year with his burst, vertical, and ability to create separation, helping him average 14.7 PPG. When he attacks the basket he’s hard to stay in front of, and he’ll also make counter moves to elude defenders. His season high was 26 against North High School (AZ) and Desert Pines. Beyond his stellar offensive play, he was active on the glass and also caused turnovers fairly regularly.

was aggressive on offense throughout the game, with nearly all of his buckets coming off drives and finishes in the paint. He was also patient at times, which allowed him to get to the free-throw line, and by the end of the night, he had racked up 21 points. In addition to his scoring, Gordon rebounded well and competed on the defensive end.

had a strong shooting performance against the Coronado Cougars. He was knocking down shots from three-point range, hitting mid-range jumpers, and finishing with a few nice takes to the cup as well. His top highlights included a coast-to-coast bucket and a triple he buried just before the shot clock expired. All in all, it was an impressive showing.

started off the game hitting everything. He has some legit burst that helps him get to where he wants to go. And defenders had a tough time containing him. Gordon also isn’t the easiest guy to gain ground on. Making him a solid 2 way prospect with height/length.

was using his mid-range game early on and created space off the dribble. From there he got good lift utilizing his legs and he was locked in from an accuracy standpoint. Making most of his attempts, and even his misses just barely rimmed out. As a defender, he was hunting steals and he didn’t give his opponents much room to operate.

at Section 7. He wisely used his athleticism when he needed to on both ends of the court. On defense, he was a pest and made the man he was guarding uncomfortable. He was also leaping up to gather rebounds. On offense, he had some hangtime when going up for lay-ups. Which allowed him to locate the basket and finish. Gordon made triples as well and I saw him drop in a couple of nice one-dribble pull ups.

has moved into the top 15. He is incredibly bouncey and can throw down vicious dunks. He can also splash in 3-pointers, and he’s seemed to have gotten more consistent in 2025. On defense, Gordon’s lateral quickness and length pose problems for the man that he is guarding. If he continues to develop this summer, he may be able to move up even higher in the rankings.
