rounds out the list of Play-Making 2026s. Mikey took over down the stretch to drag Greer back into their Pool-Play matchup with Easley. 17 of his 21 points came in the second half as he was determined in getting to the rim, the free-throw line, or both. Williams Jr is a blur with the ball and does a good job of playing through contact across the floor. Those two attributes make him a really difficult matchup, but add in his feel for the moment, and Mikey is one of the top scoring Guards in the Upstate.

of Greer, who plays in 4A Region 2. Williams is a two-sport athlete who is currently in Football season for the Yellow Jackets. He put up 11.4 Points Per Game and 2.0 Steals Per Game to help lead his team to the Upper State Championship Game last year. Williams is one of the fastest Guards in South Carolina’s 2026 Class with speed in the open floor, first-step quickness, and a quick pair of hands to force turnovers on defense. Mikey is very strong in finishing through contact, can do it with either hand, has a good handle to create off the dribble, and is a good perimeter shooter.

. Mikey is a two sport-star at Greer High School and was a standout this Grassroots Season with Future Kings. He puts a lot of pressure on opposing defense with his combination of speed, scoring, and fascinating, almost always keeping his matchup off-balance. Williams is a strong finisher through contact around the rim and also showed a good stroke from the outside including an impressive stepback three multiple times. One of my favorite

attributes is his competitiveness game in, game out, and he showed that edge in this highlight reel from a Big Shots event this Summer.

Williams Jr really likes to play the game with some wiggle out front. Mikey was able to race to the basket and get by defenders with ease at times today. Mikey can get to the rack or simply stop and pop for a jumper. He likes to get a bit chatty at times and really plays the game with a lot of emotions. There is no doubt he wants the ball in his hands down the stretch and when the game is on the line for his Future Kings 2026 squad.

Despite the loss in the Gold Bracket Championship Game, Mikey was still solid for Greer on Day 2. He attacked downhill early and often, getting two feet in the paint to finish or kick to an open Yellow Jacket. He was also very aggressive with his hands on the defensive end racking up multiple pick-pocket steals and one “pick six” after reading an attempted pass. Williams had to finish through contact multiple times but had no issues heading to the line to complete the old-fashioned three-point play. Mikey put up 11 Points and also had 4 Assists in the low-scoring affair.

Williams Jr surely doesn’t lack any confidence with his play on the floor. Mikey seems to be at his best attacking the bucket and getting the ball into the paint. He has a solid set of handles to get by defenders up the floor. Mikey really looks to push the ball up and play fast. He’s a very capable jump shooter from the floor to keep defenders honest.

Williams Jr. also didn’t have his best offensive game. However, when it mattered in the fourth quarter of a one-possession game, Mikey hit a big shot for the Yellow Jackets. He connected on a left-wing three with 2:30 remaining in the game to increase Greer’s lead to 4. Despite having some shooting struggles, Williams Jr. stayed aggressive and made some strong drives where he got fouled or found teammates on dump-off passes.
