Listed at 6’1, Maximus isn’t the tallest power forward out there, but uses strength and hustle to play much bigger than his listed height. As is expected with most Farmington prospect, you can tell Mutch has been in the weight room, and was bullying opposing players in the paint at the 16u level. He was pulling in rebounds in a crowd and then powering his way back up for two points. Running with TVP Elite 16u, he’s a high effort player who’s not afraid to do the dirty work for his team.

WOTN’s other big provided plenty of trouble inside for opponents on Friday night. Showing off his ability to create space in the post by utilizing not only his size but also a clean left handed finish and a solid hook shot. Mutch also has the ability to fight down low and gran board on both ends of the court with multiple offensive boards and tip in layups.
