Max Gogin Max Gogin 5'10" | PG Wauwatosa West | 2027 State WI is one of the purest perimeter shot makers in the 2027 class. Every time I am able to watch the five-foot-ten guard, he is canning deep triples that are highly contested. Gogin was incredible in this game being shot ready with his feet, and coming off actions knocking down several threes against McFarland. Max is a great shooter, but has improved other parts of his game to make him well rounded. He can handle it, lock up his matchup, and rebounds well for his size. Part of the strong trio of Bear Collins and Jalen Brown Jalen Brown 6'5" | CG Sequoia Prep | 2027 #89 Nation AZ , you cannot forget about Max Gogin Max Gogin 5'10" | PG Wauwatosa West | 2027 State WI when game planning for the Trojans.

Gogin certainly does not lead Tosa West in any stat categories, but does a lot of great things for the Trojans. Gogin who came into this game averaging 5.7ppg, showed that he is also able to snipe threes from behind the arc. The 5’10 junior had two first half threes and finished the game with eight points. Not eye popping by any means statistically, but Gogin took a big charge in the first half, rebounds well for his size, and defends with intensity and purpose. The Trojans were without one of their starters Friday, and Gogin is more than capable of stepping up to hit perimeter shots and facilitate offense in his absence. Gogin, who competes with MTXE ,was impressive in his role as a glue guy on Friday.

Gogin is a knockdown perimeter deadeye. Max is shooting 47 3FG% with over 80 attempts. He is physical for his size/height and plays bigger than what you see on the roster. Max has been playing tough off-the-ball defense and is forcing many steals.
