He earned honorable mention all-Classic Eight Conference laurels as a junior after averaging 8.4 points, 2.6 rebounds and 3.1 assists while playing for his father/coach Don LaValle. He has had a strong club season for the Team Herro Batechelor squad, showing off an improved jump shot and the ability to get to the hoop and use his verticality to score at the rim. The son of Waukesha West coach Don LaValle, Mason LaValle Mason LaValle 6'4" | SG Waukesha West | 2026 State WI is an improved player who figures to play a huge role for the Wolverines during the 2025-26 high school season.

Mason was torching defenders from beyond the arc all weekend long. At 6’3+ he has a long and lanky frame, and the green light to let it fly when he catches in space. Had some streaky moments where he hit two or three shots within a few minutes to give his team a big boost of momentum. Can come off a screen and quickly get his hands and feet ready to catch and shoot. Helped lead Team Herro to a 3-1 record over the weekend.
