Howard is one of the better all-around guards, as he sees the floor well. He is fundamentally sound with his passes to cutters and post players, and he reads the floor well. His IQ is great, which is why he makes solid passes. He has some athleticism and knows how to finish. Howard can keep the ball away from shot blockers and shoots the ball well. He is going to be good for Dixie this coming season.
