Landon may have been the hardest working player I saw all weekend. The 2029 guard never takes a possession off, constantly pressuring the ball, battling for rebounds, or sprinting for loose balls. On the offensive end he kept a handful of possessions alive with his efforts on the glass, able to rise up and tip the ball out to one of his teammates. Defensively he was a pest on the ball and showed quick hands that helped him come up with a number of steals throughout the day.

Mrotek stood out as an relentless two-way competitor who played locked-in basketball every possession. Defensively, his sharp instincts yielded numerous on-ball steals in open space. Offensively, he made complex reads look simple while keeping defenses guessing with his off-ball movement—earning easy buckets via fast-break layups, flare-screen threes, and backdoor alley-oops. The All-Wisconsin guard is on a steady upward trajectory heading into his sophomore campaign.

 Mrotek was a steady offensive force for The Waves. A strong ball handler with a tight grip on tempo, he consistently penetrated defenses by navigating through tight spaces. His poise under pressure and ability to finish through contact helped him rack up key baskets. Off the ball, he made smart cuts and converted several and-one opportunities, showing his ability to impact the game in multiple ways.
