He rim ran at a high level this weekend — sprinted the floor hard and made himself a target every trip, leading to easy finishes at the rim and a few above-the-rim plays. Showed great patience and awareness around the basket, always knowing where he was on the floor and taking advantage of positioning for clean looks.
The lefty also flashed his ability to stretch the floor, knocking down shots with a smooth, high-arcing release. Moved well off the ball and stayed active within the offense — showed he can produce in multiple ways without needing a ton of touches.

The 6-8 sophomore forward has an advanced IQ for his age to go along with a high motor. He is a threat around the rim and low post where he has great hands and is a traditional back-to-the-basket type of player. This summer he has also expanded his game into becoming a viable threat from beyond the arc where he has a smooth release. On the defensive end, Weathers plays with a ton of length where he can rebound and block shots at a high level.

The 6-7 power forward has a smooth inside out game as well as good footwork on the offensive end. His length and wingspan give him the opportunity to create for his teammates as well as clean up the glass for rebounds. He is a vicious lob threat and finishes well around the rim on the offensive end as well.

Kymani is long and lean, working on feet like “The Dream.” In case some of you young whipper snappers don’t know, “The Dream” was better known as Hakeem Olajuwon. He moves smoothly and swiftly through the paint, calling for the ball often. He has long arms and legs, so blocks and deflections happen often. He gets up and down the court well, but I would like to see him finish stronger in the paint. This talent is surely on his way!
