Kuol is the first of two Anthony Edwards Five standouts from this week. He flashed elite offensive talent often in Rock Hill, doing things at his size that are extremely unique. Deng displayed good mobility and athleticism, and I also really liked his feel on the offensive end. In the Wednesday Play-In win over Team Esface, Kuol had multiple putbacks, a few nice passes inside the perimeter, a push shot, and a left-corner three. In Thursday’s Round One game, he wasn’t as consistent, but he did hit two really nice mid-range jumpers off the dribble.
