Khalif’s shot creating (and making) abilities were on full display on Sunday. He looks much quicker and explosive than even a couple months ago and used that to his advantage when gaining separation from his defenders. He also had a huge block in the game I saw and was a standout rebounder as well. Bettis led Burnsville to its best record since he has been there and just fell short to Jefferson in the section quarterfinals. He averaged nearly 20 points per game in his senior season.
