Dubose made a decision this week to play football in college at Presbyterian. Keenan nicknamed KD has had a solid season for the Falcons on the hardwood. He has jumped up from #82 to #66 this time around.

As is the case with many boys basketball players, Dubose also plays football during the early and middle portions of the fall semester. He tallied 10 points to lead his Darlington team to a commanding victory over Lamar. Dubose plays wide receiver on the football field along with having played his travel basketball for Upward Stars SE . Dubose can get crafty and creative with his ball handling capabilities. He knows when the correct time is to pass and when the right time is to score. Another one of Dubose’s strengths is understating the art of drawing contact to get to the free throw line.

Dubose who goes under the nickname “KD” will provide leadership for the Falcons this season. Keenan is a shot maker from all 3 levels on the floor. He can get the ball downhill at times when needed.

KD plays very active in the passing lanes and really picks up a lot of deflections along the way. The Falcons have moved down to Class 3A this season and will play in the same region with Camden, Marlboro County and Lakewood.

Dubose was picking up steals all day long with his activity in the passing lanes. Keenan likes to play the game getting up and down the floor in transition. He was able to connect on some perimeter jumpers on his way to scoring 17 points in a win for his squad.
