Expert Analysis
Devin Record | Prep Hoops Scout
Keegan uses his size and length to his advantage in the paint, being able to seal defenders nicely and use his strength on the boards. He reads the ball coming off the rim quickly, grabbing boards with ease. He attacks well with both hands, staying aggressive when getting in the paint and going up for buckets.

Bell is a long, athletic wing who showed some scoring potential in his sophomore season at Capital, but didn’t quite have the same impact at Olympia last year. This season should provide more opportunities for Bell, who has the ability to impact the game on both ends, scoring at the hoop and in the midrange while also providing a little rim protection.

Showed the ability to play fast and score the rock. Did a good job getting to the hoop but also showed the presence to be able to score when his drives got cut off, using pivots and showing good balance to hit some turnaround short and midrange shots.

Bell has really blossomed physically in the last year and his athleticism on the wings is really starting to show. He’s getting in more work off the dribble, attacking gaps, and finishing at the rim strong, but he also has a nice midrange shot he can go to. He’s a kid who could make a big impact as he moves over to Olympia for next season.

Another wing with good size, Bell showed increased athleticism this season as his body took the next step in his maturation. He has developed some pretty good bounce and has the aggression to make things happen on both ends at the rim. His jumper is looking better too, and I wouldn’t be surprised to see him bust out as one of the top players in his league next season at Capital.

Came into this season looking a lot better physically – stronger, quicker – and started to show some elevated potential on both ends of the floor. Had moments of really impressive defensive anticipation to block shots, attacked the glass hard, and showed some growing ability to take defenders off the dribble and get to the rim. Looked like a solid wing prospect over the course of the season who can contribute on both ends and should continue to trend upwards throughout the AAU season.
