Allen could be the biggest stock riser in the 13th region this offseason. While he has played his role alongside Reece Davidson the last two seasons, it will be up to Kaiden and fellow junior Corey Cunagin Corey Cunagin 6'7" | C North Laurel | 2028 State KY to keep North Laurel in the mix to win the 13th region that is absolutely loaded with talent. Allen is a shifty guard who can get into the paint quickly and is also a good shooter from range. As long as Kaiden doesn’t have to try and carry the Jags offense by himself, he should be able to average several assists per game in addition to likely scoring 18+ points per game.

Allen has had a big grassroots season with Griffin Elite as the North Laurel lead guard is set to take over the primary creation responsibility with the graduation of Reece Davidson. Allen hit a handful of 3-pointers in the game I caught as his quickness on the ball forces the defense to play off of him and fire up clean looks from downtown. Allen can get past his primary defender in a variety of ways off the dribble and his skillset is well suited to a grassroots basketball setting with more free flowing offense and high pace. I’m excited to see what Allen looks like in more structured environments this winter with the Jags of North Laurel.

One of the top performers of the Spring live period, Kaiden has a quick first step and is a very high level scorer who can shoot the ball well off the bounce. He projects as a low floor, high ceiling guard and could play at the Atlantic Sun type level.

Kaiden has been riding momentum going back to March when he had a strong showing at the state tournament. A good shooter who is very crafty, Allen drew eyes from several low D1 schools this past weekend and looks like he has the potential to play at that level in the future.

Kaiden has started to assert himself in the mix of top point guards in the class. A really good shooter who can get to his spots on offense, Allen will be a huge part of the Jaguars offense for the next two seasons.

North Laurel is going to have to replace a lot next season and Allen should move from a secondary option to a primary one. Kaiden is a primary ballhandler and creator who can also knock down perimeter shots when needed. In a 13th region that is full of 2028 talent, look for Allen to establish himself as a top Junior, starting this summer.

He showed in a big way at The Stage. Allen erupted in the final game of the event for 34 points and six triples. Kaiden carried his squad in Indy and stood out as a difference-maker.

I believe Allen will be the deciding factor in this game. Kaiden is a lockdown defender around the perimeter. He is quick and able to get to the basket. If he is open behind the three point line, he will make the defender pay. Kaiden hustles on every play, I really like his game.

Kaiden is so fast. I’m not sure that the Tigers can keep up with him off the dribble. Kaiden can read defenses very well, he has a knack for finding the open man. He can also step out and shoot the 3. He is shooting over 40% from beyond the arc. Kaiden is definitely a name to watch for!

Kaiden is a vital role player for the Jaguars this season and could be one of the main options for North Laurel once Reece Davidson and Jordan Rawlings graduate this spring. Allen is shooting just shy of 50% from three this season and has shown he’s dependable as a starter now and looks primed to be an impact player in the 13th region, starting next season.
