We’ve seen more of Sanderson than some of the other incoming freshman due to him playing up with Indiana Game 16u on the UA Rise Circuit. Sanderson has fit in nicely to the Penn High School backcourt. He helps take some ball handling and playmaking pressure off of their other star guards, can knock down open shots, and is one of the best perimeter defenders in the class. Sanderson is absolutely one of the top Class of 2030 prospects in Indiana.

We don’t spend a lot of time watching prospects until they officially become freshmen in high school, but with Sanderson playing up two years at the 16u level for Indiana Game we have had a chance to see him play a few times this spring. The 6’2″ guard went off on Friday night while we were watching at UAA Session II. He hit several three-point shots, showed off his athleticism when attacking the basket, and was very sound as an on-ball defender as well. Look for him to make an instant impact at the varsity level as a freshman wherever he ends up next season.
