Howard has been motoring along as he looks to pick his new collegiate spot next year. Concord is 10-4 in conference play, with Howard averaging 15 PPG, 10 RPG, and 2 BPG over the course of the season. He’s a physical post player who can move guys out of the way with great size and strength, while also protecting the rim with his length. He’s picked up a couple of D3 offers, and will probably commit to that level when all is said and done.

Howard is an undersize big man prospect set to do damage this season at Concord High. He produced 9.8 ppg, 8.6 rpg, 1.8 apg and 1.3 bpg as quite the defensive anchor on the interior for the Spiders and returns after showing off his ability to be a presence in the paint with BSA Supreme.

Last Season Stats – 9.8 PPG, 8.6 RPG, 1.3 BPG
Certainly the most physically intimidating presence in the conference, Howard is a double double threat every night. His sheer size and strength make him impossible to push all the way out of the post, and if he gets good position it’s over in terms of guarding him. He’s got a soft touch also around the rim, finishing layups and jump hooks. Rebounding is another strength, as his physicality allows him to move opponents out of the way and hoover up rebounds.

Jeremiah will easily be one of Cabarrus County’s most dominant big men this upcoming season. In his junior campaign, Howard tallied 9.8 PPG, 8.6 RPG, 1.8 APG, 0.6 SPG, 1.3 BPG with a 19-9 record (11-3 conference) and a 2nd place conference finish. Howard is massive and offers a clear advantage given his athleticism and lateral mobility. Howard is vocal on the defensive end of the floor, and carries over the same toughness that allows him to compete on the gridiron as a Defensive End.
