Dyer is another prospect in the Team Ish 17U fold to keep an eye on on the NXTPRO Circuit. He’s their initiator at the guard spot who does well spacing the floor with his ability to shoot the ball on the perimeter as well as his ability to attack the paint and find others for easy scores. He’s fresh off a strong season with Hickory Ridge and ready to shine even more on the grassroots stage on the PUMA side of things.

Dyer is an emerging 5-foot-10 floor general who looks ready to turn a corner out of Hickory Ridge. He produced 6.5 PPG, 2.2 RPG, 1.7 APG and 1.5 SPG in the Ragin Bulls’ backcourt this past season and will look to continue his development in the Team Ish rotation on the PRO16/NXT scene this spring/summer. He’s a strong-framed point guard who’s slowly learning how to run a team and win games.

Dyer continues to score the ball at a great clip and be an active backcourt presence for his Team Ish group, including a 23 point game to lead all scorers, including 7 triples. With those stats, he’s shown he’s a great shooter, with a smooth release, ability to do it off the bounce or the catch, and an unflappable confidence that allows him to either get hot in a hurry or find his way out of a cold slump. Passionate, heart on his sleeve kind of player that is going to bring the intensity and effort every time he gets out there.

Dyer is an emerging face to know with Hickory Ridge High in the 2026 class. He’s a wiry 5-foot-10 floor general with an advanced skillset as a defender and playmaker, so muh so he’s turning heads in the varsity starting rotation. He’s got good vision and moves well without the ball in the Bulls backcourt.
